Using advanced methodologies and modern techniques, we offer highly efficient and cost-effective pest control solutions for new constructions, including reticulated termite treatment, anti-termite treatment, and other specialized solutions for pest and termite issues. Our innovative Termite Elimination Method is an innovative and revolutionary process developed by us that will offer you the best result for your pest control problem.

It is a technology involving an intelligent network, which includes pipes and valves with built-in drippers. A network of pipes is installed beneath the floor, both inside and outside the building. Eco-friendly pesticides are then pumped through this network, ensuring uniform distribution in the soil around the construction. Pumping is done through imported drippers to restrict the entry of termites and other pests into the structure. We offer our patented reticulated termite treatment designed to treat the area under concrete slabs, for protection against infestation by termites and other pests.

The Best Termite Control in Chennai will always prefer pre-construction treatment execution for termites. Preconstruction termite treatment will do much favor in controlling termites rather than treating them after infestation. Treatment happens before the pest.

How bad is the situation in your home because of termites no worry, just a single call to JCS Pest will give the perfect solution for termites of any type. Join hands with us, and let us make your home free from termites.

Pre-Construction Termite Control

Stage 1: Bottom and Sides of the Foundation Trenches

The first stage of anti-termite treatment is carried out after the excavation of the trenches is completed. The bottom surface and the sides (up to a height of approximately 1 foot) are treated with a chemical emulsion, using the chemicals listed above at the recommended concentrations. Masonry foundations and basements should be treated with the chemical emulsion of the surface area.

Stage 2: Plinth Filling Treatment

The top surface of the consolidated earth within the plinth walls should be treated with a chemical emulsion before laying the stone bed or subgrade.

Stage 3: External Perimeter Treatment

After the completion of the building, the soil along the external perimeter should be rodded at intervals of 15 cm and to a depth of 30 cm. By the forward and backward movement of the steel rod breaks up the soil, and anti-termite chemicals are poured along the wall of the vertical surface area. This creates a chemical barrier in the soil to prevent termites.

Post-Construction Termite Control

STAGE 1:

Treatment to the wall and floor junction. Holes of 12 mm diameter 18-20 inches apart will be drilled along the inner junction of the wall and floor at a depth of 6’ on the entire foundation and 4” on the first floor premises. Termiticide solution will be injected under pressure into these holes to create a barrier against termites.

STAGE 2:

Treatment of termite tubes: Visible shelter mud rubes are first sprayed, to control the existing movement of termites. The mud tube will be then removed and treatment will be given to the infected area.

Outer area: If there is loose earth around the walls of the building, Roding will be done on every ft. adjacent to the external surfaces of the foundation wall up to a depth of 500 mm from the ground level. If the building is surrounded by a garden, the treatment shall be carried out on soil, which is in immediate contact with the building.

At JCS Pest Solutions, we utilize a range of effective treatment methods to eradicate termites and prevent their return. From liquid termiticides and baiting systems to barrier treatments and fumigation, we employ the latest industry innovations to ensure optimal results. Termite Control Services in Chennai's goal is not only to eliminate existing termite colonies but also to implement preventive measures to stop future infestations in their tracks.
